Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment, machinery, and facilities of the company. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as experience in troubleshooting and repairing them.

• Carry out day-to-day general and preventive maintenance duties in the organization to keep it well maintained
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including lighting, and electrical systems
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential maintenance issues
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and perform repairs as quickly as possible
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies and order new supplies as necessary
• Ensure that all work is done in accordance with safety regulations and company policies
