Waiter/Waitress

Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a waiter/waitress. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while taking their food and drink orders, serving meals, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Your duties will include:

Greeting customers and providing them with menus
Taking orders and relaying them to the kitchen staff
Serving food and drinks to customers
Providing recommendations to customers regarding menu options
Ensuring that the dining area is clean and organized at all times
Processing payments and handling cash and credit card transactions
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift and carry heavy trays of food and drinks
If you have previous experience or a degree related to hospitality, it will be considered a plus. However, we are willing to train the right candidate who is willing to learn and grow with us.
