Ice bath assistant

Job Description

as a startup business, we are searching for an ice bath assistant that will be responsible for the following, with no prior experience needed since we will be briefing the candidate:

– know what an ice bath is.

– know the benefits of an ice bath.
– monitor customers properly while doing
– ⁠explain FAQS very clearly to customers
– presentable, on time, and professional
– ⁠handle the responsibility of collecting money and handing it over at the end of the day to the owners
– greet customers, and make them feel very welcomed and support them at all times through their experience, they will need that motivation!
– give out free items (we will specify later on) to each and every person who tries our ice bath.
– follow up with customers on their experience, FEEDBACK is the most important thing for us !

what you can do:

we are very flexible, and ensure the comfort of those who work with us!
– breaks to jump in the water and eat are indeed allowed
– you can wear a nice presentable swim suit, we won’t enforce a costume for this type of service and in this weather
– you’ll be sitting on a comfortable chair under an umbrella
