The Marketing and Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans to attract new guests and retain existing ones. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in marketing and sales.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms).
