Mayouli Nature Retreat is excited to announce an opening for the position of Event Planner. We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual with a passion for event management to join our dynamic team. As an event planner, you will play a crucial role in organizing and executing successful events, ensuring a memorable experience for our clients and attendees.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives.
Plan, design, and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue, catering, logistics, and entertainment.
Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective planning.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
Coordinate event logistics, including setup, registration, and teardown.
Ensure all permits and licenses are obtained for events as required.
Oversee event promotion and marketing efforts to drive attendance.
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution.
Conduct post-event evaluations and report on the event’s success.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in planning and executing successful events, such as corporate events, Retreats, conferences, etc.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to unforeseen challenges.
Proficient in event management software and tools.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Flexibility to work on evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
A positive attitude, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding event experiences.
