Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide exceptional customer service and prepare high-quality beverages.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso, tea, and smoothies.
Take customer orders, process payments accurately, and maintain cash register.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization, including the beverage preparation area, equipment, and seating area.
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns.
Follow recipes and guidelines to consistently produce beverages of high quality.
Stock and replenish supplies, including coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other ingredients.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and contribute to a positive work environment.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred.
Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques and familiarity with espresso machines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
