You will be doing the following
Prepare espresso-based drinks and manual brews to exacting our standards
Master recipes, dialing in espresso daily, and adjusting as needed based on taste and feedback
Follow SOPs precisely for drink build, milk texturing, and workflow
Ensure every cup meets the our standard — no shortcuts
Engage with guests genuinely
Operate the POS system with speed and accuracy
Process cash, card, and digital payments confidently and responsibly
Manage float, issue receipts, and follow cash handling protocols
Ensure all transactions are recorded according to company policy
Communicate clearly and calmly under pressure
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, machines, and service areas
Open and close the café following structured checklists
Restock and rotate ingredients for efficiency and freshness
What We Look For
Experience in specialty coffee is a plus, but not required — we train the right people
Passion for coffee, service, and clean execution
Detail-oriented with a strong memory for process and taste
Calm and focused under pressure
Team player with a “no task is too small” attitude
Open to feedback and hungry to learn
Fluent in English
