Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Supervisor for our recently opened smoothie bowl bar in Batroun.

Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of Fuaki, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all areas including food preparation, customer service, inventory management, and cleanliness.

Staff Supervision: Manage and motivate the team, providing training, support and scheduling, to maintain a high level of operational excellence.

Customer Service: Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers, and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.

Quality Control: Ensure that all items are prepared to the highest standards, adhering to established recipes, and presentation guidelines.

Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders.

Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, including food handling, storage, and cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Strong passion for healthy living.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to create positive customer experiences.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in inventory management, sales analysis, and basic financial understanding.
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
