Food Runner

Job Description

The Food Runner will be responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to the guests at the restaurant. They will be required to ensure that food is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Deliver food from the kitchen to the guests in a timely and accurate manner.

2.       Coordinate with servers to ensure that orders are complete and accurate.

3.       Assist in the setup and cleanup of the restaurant.

4.       Respond to guest complaints and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.

5.       Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant, including tables, chairs, floors and bathrooms.

6.       Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
