Hangloose is a vibrant surfer’s bar and café in the heart of Batroun, blending laid-back coastal vibes with energetic service. Known for its friendly atmosphere, fresh food, signature cocktails, and community spirit, Hangloose is the go-to spot for locals, tourists, and surf lovers looking to chill, eat, or enjoy a great night by the Mediterranean.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, dynamic people to join our team! Whether you’re a skilled waiter, barista, or bartender — or eager to learn all three — this is your chance to be part of something fun, fast-paced, and full of energy.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome guests with a smile and great energy
Take and serve orders accurately, whether it’s coffee, cocktails, or food
Maintain clean, organized stations — bar, coffee, and service areas
Know the menu well (food, drinks, ingredients, allergens)
Help with daily setup, event prep, and end-of-shift cleanup
Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service
Handle guest requests and feedback with positivity
Keep supplies stocked and glassware polished

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in hospitality is a plus — bar or coffee experience is highly valued
Outgoing, energetic, and great with people
Team player who thrives in fast-paced shifts and weekend events
Willing to work AM or PM shifts, with flexibility during peak times
Basic English or French is a bonus
