Job Description
Main Responsibilities
1. Reservations & Bookings
• Handle reservation calls, Airbnb and Instagram queries.
• Assist customers who need help booking online.
• Manage Airbnb and website backend (no technical skills needed).
2. Guest Experience
• Communicate with guests pre-arrival to ensure a smooth experience
• Lead guests check ins
• Respond to guests needs during their stay promptly to resolve their issues
3. Team & Operations Management
• Complete inspection for rooms after they are cleaned
• Organize and oversee cleaning schedule
• Prepare weekly reports comparing competitor bookings.
• Coordinate with the IT provider for website updates or fixes.
• Keep booking pages (Airbnb, Google, etc.) up to date.
• Explore new sales opportunities (e.g., adding Booking.com, working with travel agencies).
4. Marketing
• Create and post one impactful Instagram Reel per week.
• Keep Instagram stories active and engaging.
• Coordinate with influencers and arrange 1–2 collaborations per month (free night stays).
Other
• Handle basic ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
